ASA (Autocostruzioni Società per Azioni) is an Italian automobile company, founded in 1962. The first model was built with the approval of Enzo Ferrari in 1958. It was named Ferrarina, which was presented to the public at the Turin Motor Show in 1961 and was a shortened Ferrari Testa Rossa. The company ceased to exist in 1968.
